Welcome to Lavender Sky Counselling. 

​Are you seeking a safe space to explore your emotions, thoughts, and experiences? My name is Shannan, and I am here to guide you on your path of self-discovery and personal growth. As a dedicated person-centered therapist, I believe that every individual has the innate capacity for healing and personal transformation.

With a diverse range of therapeutic techniques, that also includes Art Therapy, I offer a holistic approach to counselling. I understand that healing is a unique and deeply personal journey, and I am here to provide you with the support and tools you need to navigate life's challenges. 

With the three unique pathways of Resilience, Growth and Tranquillity, I offer a tailored approach to therapy to guide you along your pathway to find your inner peace.

In our sessions, we will work together to create a nurturing and non-judgmental environment where you can explore your feelings and gain insight into your behaviour.
