What does love mean to you? How do you show this to people around you? How do you show this to yourself?
How would you describe yourself to a stranger? How would your friends describe you to a stranger?
What do you like most about yourself? Where does this come from? What don’t you like most about yourself? Where does that come from?
Inner Child:
Write a letter to your younger self, about their hopes, fears and dreams. What do they need to know?
What was your biggest dream as a child? If you couldn’t fail, what would you do? What’s holding you back now?
If your younger self could meet you now, what would they think of you?
Shadow Work
What happened when being yourself wasn’t accepted by the people around you? (caregivers, or peers). How did you change yourself to “fit in”?
What are the 5 biggest rejections in your life? Did these experiences change the way you see or think about yourself?
What TV or Movie characters do you have a strong reaction to (positive or negative) and why? What is it about that character that you relate to or reject?
Growth:
What do you want to achieve this year? How are you going to do it?
What habits do you have that are holding you back? What needs to change for you to change?
Who inspires you? How can you be someone that inspires others?
